GUPD investigates all complaints regarding conduct by the department. If you believe you have been subjected to, or witnessed, police misconduct of any type by GUPD, please report the incident, anonymously if preferred, via the below form.

GUPD is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA®), the gold standard for credentialing authority through the joint efforts of law enforcement’s major executive associations. Pease submit any feedback on our agency’s compliance with CALEA standards, engagement in the service community, delivery of public safety services, and overall candidacy for accredited status. These comments can be in the form of commendations or concerns.
